Returning An Item

If your purchase is faulty or you change your mind after ordering one of our products we are happy to receive the item back within 28 from the date of payment

Returns are available up to 28 days after purchase, this date will be specified on receipt. After this date we won't accept returns.

Item returned must be unused and in the same condition as when posted.

For hygiene reasons hats cannot be returned, sorry about this.

Unfortunately we cannot afford to pay for return postage so buyer has to pay for this. 

Full amount paid for item will be returned, minus shipping costs.

Sale items can be swapped for an item of less or equal to the amount paid, Sale items cannot be returned for a refund.

To return an item please fill out a contact form on the contact page including ALL the following:

1. state clearly if you want a refund or to swap the item
2. state clearly the sale number as specified on the receipt included in the delivery.
3. why you are returning the item
